I’ve posted this before but I still think my original text that I wrote to go with it is suitable.
I think the creator took everything beautiful about the ocean and let that crash onto this dress.
I don’t know if anyone else thinks this but to me the dress is the “net” that catches all the offerings from the sea and the bottom looks like sea foam. Maybe she designed this for a mermaid who found her legs?
